#Supportpets is a HUGE SCAM!
This is a complete scam and they are good at it. They make it seem legit. They take your money immediately and promise to deliver in 10-14 business days. Never received promised documents, letters, ID cards, or pet tags. There is no phone number. You will receive multiple emails with broken links to file a complaint, reset password, live chat, refund, etc. We received a damaged envelope with nothing in it. We filed a report with the BBB and also a fraudulent report with our credit card. We had multiple charges from the same phony “Support Pets” business.

Upon checking our system, we confirm that we have no record of this particular situation. Seems like the customer did not share a real name or e-mail. Since your review contains information that does not align with our processes, we could not confirm that you are a real customer. You also mentioned that we sent you an "empty envelope". Actually, we are a 100% online company. We send ESA letters via e-mail. The Trustpilot and Better Business Bureau (BBB) are platforms for genuine customers to provide honest feedback and resolve real issues. Misleading or false claims undermine the trust and purpose of this platform. If you are a real customer and have encountered any issues, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve your concerns promptly.
