I had a few hiccups but the staff was very helpful and polite. They handled it so fast too they took a lot of worry off my shoulders. My dog scrappy means the world to me

Quick and easy but the pricing was confusing
The process was pretty quick and easy to understand. The pricing was confusing, what I thought I was going to pay and what I ultimately paid was drastically different. By at least 50% more. There were several add on items and up-selling, charges. Even the pet tag had an additional subscription charge to maintain it. And I think that the registration should really be part of the package. I was going to go through the PSD training also, but I was worried that again I would be overcharged and so I did not pursue it. Ultimately I do have the items I need, wit

Confusion and frustration
Chat caused confusion and once I finally got to speak to a live human being she said she could not help me. All in all very frustrating.
