Keeping it simple and straightforward
Keeping it simple and straightforward, but last year I actually spent 190.00 originally 100.00 and additional options including harnesses with label "service label"for a medium size/large and never received anything other than e certification just like this year ! You owe me the harness from last year ! This isn't the first message that I have sent !
Response from Support PetsDec 23, 2024

So EASY!
I love how easy the process was, and I also love how helpful this is for people who really need this. I have been struggling with stress and anxiety for the past 8 years, and I just heard that ESA was available for people like me. I love that I can bring my little buddy with me wherever I go!
