Everything had been good so far until a year later. The whole thing says something about never having to renew, one time $99 payment and yet a year later I'm being sent ads about renewing and how I can get renewal free with purchase of said documents and ID cards that really should come free with the initial $99. So confused if I was lied to then or now and if my dog is covered...
