Dear Stacy, We want to address your review regarding the Sweet Hummingbird Bouquet. This purchase had to be voided because there was no active local flower shop available within the safe service radius of that delivery address to fulfill the arrangement. Holding customer money is never our policy. Our automated protocol immediately cancels unfulfillable orders and releases 100% of the funds back to your original payment method, which was completely executed on our side upon cancellation with zero delay. Best regards, Starluck Flowers Team

Dear Robert, We want to address the details regarding your Always on My Mind - Long Stemmed Red Roses purchase. This order had to be voided because local dispatch and delivery schedules for same-day fulfillment had already closed for the day. Our strict protocol when same-day fulfillment is no longer feasible is to release all payment authorizations right away. To eliminate any potential communication delays or holds between banking networks, we executed an additional manual refund push through our payment gateway today. Your financial institution will post the returned credit in accordance with their standard posting schedule. Best regards, Starluck Flowers Team
