Dear Jordan, We want to address your review regarding the Full Of Love Bouquet purchase. Holding customer funds is never our policy, nor do we run a fraudulent operation. When fulfillment is unfeasible, our system triggers an instant order cancellation and releases 100% of the funds back to your original payment method. To eliminate any potential delay or hold between financial institutions, we executed an additional manual refund push through our payment gateway today. Your bank will post the returned credit in accordance with their standard posting schedule. Best regards, Starluck Flowers Team

Dear Robin, We want to address your review regarding the Desert Sunrise Bouquet purchase. Holding customer funds is never our policy. When this order could not proceed, our system automatically executed a cancellation and fully voided the payment authorization on our billing platform at that exact moment. Zero funds were captured on our end. Any delay in the authorization hold dropping from your card statement is managed strictly by your financial institution's standard posting timeline. Dear Carol, We want to address your review regarding the Wondrous Wishes arrangement. This purchase was voided solely because there was no active local flower shop available within the functional service radius of that delivery address to complete fulfillment. Our strict protocol for unfulfillable deliveries is to dispatch an immediate cancellation notice to the email on file and release all payment authorizations right away. To eliminate any potential communication delays between banking networks or pending hold disputes, our team executed an additional manual refund push through our payment gateway today. Your financial institution will post the returned credit in accordance with their standard posting schedule. Best regards,
