Was originally hopeful, Patrick seemed he was going to do everything to make my delivery special. Then mid day of the day I'm expecting the order I get a message that my delivery won't happen until the next Tuesday. And gave me a phone number to call if I needed to. I called the phone number several times and it just played music no connection. Very frustrating. I then had to try and find a local florist that would deliver within four hours. Thank God I finally found one and the arrangement was beautiful. I have requested a refund. When I did get a call back, hours later, the person was very difficult to understand! Added to the frustration of it all. Not a happy camper!

Never wrote a bad review until I ordered flowers for my step mothers funeral from Starluck. This company immediately canceled when I made my order. I spoke to a person who confirmed that is was possible to recieve this delivery. The order was immediately canceled thr moment we hung up. It took me 20 days to get a refund. I emailed them 3 times. The third time I emailed them, It was not nice. However the manager responded quickly and she proceed my refund in 2 days, just got it today. Starluck didnt fullfil my order, canceled it, and made it difficult to get a refund. I did eventually get my 76$ back. This is the only reason I am giving them 3 stars. I still dont trust this company and I won't be purchasing from them ever again.

REVISED review!! At first I gave them a 1 star and I thought it was a scam. But after they responded to my review, I did go back and look at my email from the date that I placed my order and they are correct.. I did order the flowers on 2/20 and request for them to be delivered on 2/19. This was not brought to my attention until just now. You’d think someone would have called me to address it or I should’ve been alerted when I chose a date that had passed. That was my fault and I do apologize for the review before editing.. I will change from one star to 3 stars since it was my fault with the delivery date. But I do wish that I had been credited on my credit card. If I am wrong about the credit on my credit card, please send me something showing the credit, as I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company. I ordered flowers back in February for a friends funeral. I got an email 2 hours later saying that my order had been cancelled and that my refund would be processed in 5-10 business days. I am just now seeing on my credit card statement that a refund was never processed on the last 3 statements. I had to call my cc company and dispute the charge. Such an inconvenience! Luckily I was able to order last minute from Rey Bethea Florist in Fort Worth, TX and they handled my needs and transaction very professionally and did a wonderful job on the arrangement.

While I will not order from this company again, I am updating the review to say I did receive my refund this morning after 10 days. It took multiple emails to the company but they did follow through. And as far as customer service goes they were very helpful. I wont give them 5 stars because it was a headache but I upgraded to 3 stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will not get the flowers or your money back!!! Seems they like to prey on people who are trying to make sick friends smile. I have emailed multiple times and still no refund. I am out $70. Disgusted by all of it.

This experience has started out bad. On my order they charged me a Technology fee of $9.99. A hidden charge! Whst is that? I've emailed several times about it with no reply. We will see how the flowers look and how the delivery goes. That will be in two days.

Editing my review because they have refunded me my cancelled order. At least the customer service was quick to response.
