Unfortunately I did not get delivered what I ordered. I will be in contact with the office Monday as I got a complete different bouquet than ordered. It was a funeral not a birthday party. The flowers received were those of someone celebrating a birthday of red, yellow and not what I ordered which I ordered white with blue.
Response from Starluck FlowersSep 21, 2026
Dear Tammie, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recognize the sensitive nature of funeral arrangements and understand your disappointment with receiving colors contrary to the requested white and blue theme of the Sapphire Skies Bouquet. While our network relies on local florists to design strictly according to order specifications, delivering a vibrant substitute for a memorial service does not meet our presentation standards. To address this dissatisfaction and make up for your experience, we have processed and released a complete refund for your order on our end. Please allow standard financial processing timelines for your card issuer to reflect the credited balance on your statement. Best regards, Starluck Flowers
I want my R.
I ordered same day delivery flowers for a birthday party on Saturday, September 5th, (#108155)... 18 minutes later, I received a Cancelation email; " Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers". 3rd email Confirmed refund. The charge was on hold on my card ...disappeared next day and 5 days later a charge appeared. I called 800.646.8308 to customer service and told a refund would appear 10-15 days. "Are you freaking kidding me". The charge went off of hold in 48 hrs and recharged 4 days later. A cancelation of a credit card charge happens at midnight, the charge is put on hold and IF THE CHARGE WAS ACTUALLY CANCELED IN THE SYSTEM, IT'S RELEASED FROM YOUR CARD IN 2 BUSINESS DAY... each credit card company is different, but share similar processes. THE ORDER WAS CANCELED BY STARLUCK IN AN EMAIL ON 09/05/2026 AND IN ACTUALITY, IT WAS NEVER CANCELED IN THEIR SYSTEM TO FALSELY CHARGE ME 6 DAYS LATER, 09/11/2026 . ""I WANT MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY"" OR I'M GOING TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE OF MARYLAND AND FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT OF FRAUD.

Dear Lolita-Lisa, We want to address the concerns raised regarding your Pretty Please purchase. When an order cannot proceed due to local fulfillment limitations, our automated system triggers an immediate cancellation and instantly issues a full reimbursement to your payment method. We do not retain customer funds, and we never execute unauthorized follow-up charges; any delayed appearance or balance adjustments on your card reflect your financial institution's handling of temporary pre-authorization holds and credit settlements. Although this refund was finalized on our billing platform right upon cancellation, we executed an additional manual refund push through our payment gateway today to ensure all communication across banking channels is completely finalized. Your bank will reflect the credited amount following their standard posting schedule. Best regards, Starluck Flowers Team

This company is fraudulent, one month and several emails later they have not refunded my money. They cancelled the order and two days later took money from my account. No refund given.
Response from Starluck FlowersSep 21, 2026
Dear Patricia, We want to address your review regarding the Whisper Soft Bouquet purchase. Holding customer balances is never our policy, and unfulfillable orders are canceled and refunded right away. Our system does not process secondary charges post-cancellation; any delayed line item reflects your bank converting the temporary authorization hold before clearing the credit back to your available balance. Your full refund was finalized on our side immediately when the order was canceled, with zero funds retained by our company. Your financial institution will reflect the credited amount in accordance with their standard posting schedule. Best regards, Starluck Flowers Team

This was a critical order, that needed to be delivered that specific day. No explanation, no communciation, just an auto refund with, again, no explanation of any kind.
Response from Starluck FlowersSep 21, 2026
Dear Chris, We would like to clarify what occurred with your How Sweet It Is order. This purchase had to be canceled because our assigned local florist was operating at maximum daily capacity and could not safely accommodate additional arrangements for that date. Our automated system immediately dispatched a cancellation notice to the email address on file and processed a full refund to your card right away. We never retain customer funds for unfulfilled deliveries. The transaction was completely finalized on our end upon cancellation, and the funds will reappear on your statement in accordance with your card issuer's standard posting timeline. Best regards, Starluck Flowers Team

Response from Starluck FlowersSep 21, 2026
Dear Richard, We want to address your review regarding the Pretty Please arrangement. This purchase was voided solely because there was no local flower shop available within the safe delivery radius of that specific destination. When an order cannot proceed, our protocol is to cancel the transaction right away and release all payment authorizations back to your account. To eliminate any lingering processing delays or holds between financial institutions, we executed an additional manual refund push through our payment gateway today. Your financial institution will post the returned credit in accordance with their standard posting schedule. Best regards, Starluck Flowers Team
