Dear Lana, We would like to clarify what occurred with your How Sweet It Is order scheduled for Ft. Pierce, Florida. This purchase had to be canceled because local routing schedules and cutoff times in that area prevented our partner florist from executing a safe, same-day delivery. When same-day fulfillment is no longer feasible, our protocol is to cancel the transaction promptly rather than capture customer money. Because the order was dropped, the pre-authorization charge was completely voided on our billing system on the spot, meaning no settled payment was ever processed or taken by our company. Best regards, Starluck Flowers Team

Dear Cameron, We would like to clarify what occurred with your How Sweet It Is order. This purchase was canceled because local dispatch and delivery schedules for same-day fulfillment could not be safely accepted or completed by our assigned local partner florist. We never hold customer funds for unfulfilled deliveries, nor do we run a fraudulent operation. While your full reimbursement was issued immediately at the moment of cancellation, our billing team has manually re-pushed the refund transaction through our payment gateway today to guarantee complete clearance across banking networks. Please allow standard financial processing timelines for your card issuer to reflect the credited balance on your statement. Best regards, Starluck Flowers Team
