Also got scammed by this company. Their site is still up. How can it get taken down so no one else gets scammed.

Scam company! Read reviews elsewhere! Will take money, cancel order, then take forever to refund, but only if you bug them. Run away. Total scam

Flower order was cancelled by them and 16 days later, I’m still waiting on my refund!! Customer service is outsourced and very rude and condescending! I will never use their service again!!

Paid $103 for flowers for funeral. Within 2 hours they acknowledged the order and canceled it. They sent out a "we're so sorry" email stating that the florist they used wouldn't deliver to the area I selected. They said they already refunded the full amount back to me. 3 days later no refund. Update: 9/24/25 I went back and checked my credit card. There WAS a refund issued on the day I placed and they canceled my order, however, it didn’t show in my transactions until 3 days later, after I posted the review. I upgraded them to 4 stars.

I should have looked at the reviews. I saw their advertisement that they could deliver the same day so I took them up on it. They took my money and they within an hour they sent me an email that they could provide the service and they would refund my money. That was over a month ago. I have even sent them a reminder notice and still no money.

FRAUD!!!! I needed flowers for a friend and the man assured me they were in winter haven. It felt sketchy but I needed a teddy bear more than flowers because my friend is legally blind. After I placed the order I did more research and they were out of last Vegas and after calling several times they put me on hold and eventually blocked my calls.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery for an important occasion. The flowers were not delivered. I was charged for the order and according to the email I received, a refund was processed. It is. Or showing as pending on my bank account. I do not check my emails more than once daily. They should have called me to tell me the address was, “Out of their delivery zone”. The order should NOT have been accepted if this was the case. Would NEVER use again!!!!! I received the refund after 2 phone calls to the vendor. It was months (approximately 3 months), to receive the refund promised on April 3, 2025. The flowers were for my sister’s 50th birthday who had been recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I was very disappointed that my sister may have thought I forgot her birthday!
