Stanley SteemerReviews of stanleysteemer.com

Scheduling carpet cleaning with good offers was easy and professional. Mustafa from the Rosedale MD location arrived smiling within the appointment time window. He was friendly, courteous, and very energetic. He confirmed what he was scheduled to do and made sure we were in agreement. Stains came out in areas we didn’t expect would come out but other stains we thought would come out did not. This was no fault on Mustafa. He gave it his all. This process does require a water source or technician has to haul buckets of water from house to truck. Without going into detail about our situation, we highly recommend against hooking up to a sink faucet. We have been repeat customers for many years and would use again.

Don’t use Stanley Steamer duct cleaning. It’s a real poor service, they don’t take the time to do a complete job, they only clean up to 12 feet of duct, which consists of sticking an air hose into the duct, moving it around for 2 to 3 minutes and moving to the next duct. The actual cleaning of my 7 ducts took them approximately 30 minutes and cost 450.00! When done they picked up their equipment and left, no clean up and they left particles all over my floors. Total waste of money and effort, when I called the manager Noah, he said they could do a recleaning, but nothing more, no adjustments.

Cory did our living room carpet, stairs and bedrooms, and did a very thorough and excellent job. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. Everything looked immaculate when he was finished. Not a spot missed. Very pleased with the results. Great service.

Very disappointed in the contract the cleaning people talked me into purchasing. I purchased a contract to have two rooms cleaned four times over the next year. I was told I could choose any two rooms in my house I wanted cleaned and it did not have to be one of the rooms in the initial cleaning. I called today to make an appointment to get two rooms cleaned, one of them being a bathroom that I did not have cleaned originally. They told me both rooms had to be from the original rooms cleaned. I would not have purchased the contract because there is no need to have my carpets cleaned four times a year. Be careful with Stanley Steemer. They lie to get you to make these contract sales which is where they make their money.

This was the second time that I went online TO STANLEY STEAMERS and got a quote only to have the salesman show up… And literally double the quote when they see the house. I am so tired of this garbage! DONE WITH STANLEY SCAMMERS!

Uhhuhhuhhuhuhuuhuhhu 😩😩😩😩😩

This company deserves zero stars. They advertise a lot but don't deliver. Their carpet cleaning is barely average. I was caught off guard when paying and the system asks for a tip. A tip? Everyone has their hand out. I left something, but again, I was caught off guard. After the job was completed, I realized how incompetent the technician was and how bad the service was. Overly wet areas, area rugs were not clean, and they process credit card information manually providing no security at all for customers' card information. Look the other way next time you see a Stanley Steemer ad. Ugh!

Had tile and grout cleaned. Service was ok but results were quit dismal. Floor remains sticky for days vrs 30-45 minutes as stated . Tile tracks and spots after cleaning. Foot prints for days afterwards. Money poorly spent.
