Carpets look great. It would have received 5 stars if not for the reason below. 2 guys - the older one was rather flippant. I asked about how long does the service take? He said, "5 minutes! You want me to take 5 minutes? I take my time!" He looked completely serious. I was stunned! I asked a completely reasonable question. I asked the question again. He then said, "hr? hr and a half?" I said. "That's what I was asking!" The young guy was very polite.

Scheduling carpet cleaning with good offers was easy and professional. Mustafa from the Rosedale MD location arrived smiling within the appointment time window. He was friendly, courteous, and very energetic. He confirmed what he was scheduled to do and made sure we were in agreement. Stains came out in areas we didn’t expect would come out but other stains we thought would come out did not. This was no fault on Mustafa. He gave it his all. This process does require a water source or technician has to haul buckets of water from house to truck. Without going into detail about our situation, we highly recommend against hooking up to a sink faucet. We have been repeat customers for many years and would use again.

After they got it all straightened out then Edwin and John came out on time and got the carpet cleaned as soon as possible. I was hoping that they could remove all the rust stains but could not.
