Working with my new account rep Chris jones is amazing - his follow through, attention to detail and pro active , continuous customer service to ensure things are moving forward are refreshing . It’s been a short time that I have interacted with Chris but I feel a renewed sense of value as a customer with his customer service . I have heard more from Chris in th past month than anyone in years . This comment should not take away from his skill or accomplishments - he is doing a fantastic job and it’s appreciated. Keep it up - so very nice to see customer service return to a proper standard . Thank you

Jennifer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions patiently and clearly . Jennifer also connected me with with two other departments in a 3 way call , and stayed patiently along the 2 calls until my questions were answered. Alaina came through once again. I reached out to her with some concerns we had and she very quickly responded. Set up a zoom meeting and we came up with a plan. She has always been just so helpful. And as a high maintenance person she never seems to get frustrated with me. I know I can be a lot

We recently switched to the SpotOn POS system in our restaurant, and the experience has far exceeded our expectations. The features offered are truly impressive and provide a significant upgrade from our previous system. SpotOn has introduced us to new capabilities that we never had before, especially regarding their loyalty program Before SpotOn, we had never implemented a loyalty program for our customers. As we prepare to launch this exciting new feature, we want to highlight how easy SpotOn has made the process for us. Their system is intuitive, and the support we received made it possible for us to take this important step for our business. One of the most impressive aspects of our experience has been the customer service. Ivan Monroy was especially helpful and patient with us as we learned about the loyalty program. We had no prior knowledge of how such programs worked, but Ivan guided us every step of the way, ensuring that we understood everything thoroughly. We are very happy with both the SpotOn system and the outstanding customer service we've received. The transition has been smooth, and we feel confident moving forward with the new features, especially the loyalty program. SpotOn has truly made a positive impact on our business, and we highly recommend them to others in the restaurant industry. Tatos Mexican Grill and Cantina
