Krystle Simms is Amazing! That's my girl! She's professional but personable. She really makes my team feel like she is our own personal spot on saavant! Any issues we have, she takes on personally and treats it as though it is her issue. She is always there when we need her and such a great big help.

We switched to SpotOn for our restaurant and we are happy with the POS system. Michael L. has been awesome to work with.

Chris Jones & Johnathan Smith took the time to do a zoom to visually see what problems we have with the system. It was easier to understand and see issue as it has been hard to explain on other service calls. Also will get a Tech out to service issues I cannot resolve myself, is so appreciated! Chris Jones has kept in contact to make sure task are getting done. I appreciate his attention to detail.

Michael was amazing during the set up process! I was hesitant at first and did not want to spend the money each month…..but once everything was up and running, best investment I’ve made in a while! No mistakes, no issues, and so easy to use! One stop shop for all changes and prices, etc! Could not be happier!

I recently switched to SpotOn for my restaurant’s POS system, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. The platform is intuitive, powerful, and handles everything from payments and online ordering to loyalty programs and reporting seamlessly. What truly stands out is the outstanding support—especially from Joe, my dedicated representative. He’s been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient, guiding me through setup, customizations, and any questions that came up. Whether it’s a quick fix or deeper optimizations, Joe and the team are always available 24/7 with real human help, no endless bots or hold times. SpotOn feels like a true partner invested in my success, not just another vendor. Highly recommend for any business looking for reliable tech backed by exceptional people! 5 stars.

It was extremely satisfying speaking with Jasmine, a true professional that understand the financial complexity and price structure. She is pleasant, polite. positive and commands depth in knowledge. She has my highest recommendation. Ralph J. Garcia Managing Director SVP Management Resources LLC since 1978
