They started off awesome and my rep was amazing but as the years went by and they got bigger their customer service and system quality went downhill fast not they are doing borderline illegal practices and taking money and fees they should not be taking they will not return calls and will tell us when we finally get ahold of someone that they cannot fix their own system. They are absolutely horrible stay away from SpotOn!

This company is a total scam. After a few years my credit card processor stopped working. It took a couple hours on the phone with them to learn they "transferred my account" to another company. Never told me and this other company never reached out, and they are still charging me monthly!! Luckily I had square to fall back on or I wouldn't have been able to run my business for months. Trying to get my money back, but getting no promises from their customer service.

How is this rated so high? Their handhelds have consistent performance issues. The backend is impossible. Customer service will **argue** with me about what's best for my business. I do not believe whoever made this has ever worked in the industry before.

There sales people promised everything and there support do not delivers either.

This Company is Disgusting. False promises, constantly cancelling my on line door dash orders, turning off my online ordering with their broken "goto app". No one and I mean NO ONE knows what their doing in any department. Hand off after hand off, if you want head aches purchase SPOT ON because they are anything but spot on... Toast smokes their ass and if I were a bigger business and could afford it I would go back to Toast... this company is absolutely 💯 % SHIT, having to call in weekly because it keeps having problems... I should have went with clover instead....

My experience since the beginning has been terrible across the board. It feels like it's their first day every day. There's no communication or follow through. I had to literally ask for links and info for things that should have been intuitively sent. Support is basically non existent. Since implementation of the POS stations, I spend hours every week fixing issues. As for reporting. They call it "robust" . I can definitely confirm it is cluttered, illogical, overly bloated in uselessness yet completely lacking basic information necessary for accounting at any level. I'm honestly shocked they haven't been shut down yet for generally being bad at everything.

I'm simply trying to contact the billing team as we have not received our most recent batch. I called at 8:52 am and spoke with a rep, Jose, for about 2 minutes before he hung up on me. I called back and the automated voice said "expected wait time less than 3 minutes". The phone rang and rang for about 4 minutes before it suddenly dropped. It did this multiple times. I have called 4 times and waited on hold for it to drop every time after 4 minutes. The last time I called, it said the expected wait time was 3-5 minutes and asked if I wanted a call back at this same number. I said yes. That was 35 minutes ago now and I still haven't received a callback. They owe us money and I made that clear to Jose and after making that clear, I have been ignored. This is very unprofessional. I would like to resolve our billing issue and then never do business with SpotOn again. Follow up #1: I just sent this in an email to their feedback email provided on the website and received an error message as if that email doesn't even exist. Their phone line says they offer live chat on their website, they don't. Their website says they offer an email for feedback, they don't. This is absolutely ridiculous. Follow up #2: Had high hopes with the texting line that they apparently offer: 415-326-2002 Norma Herrera from Restaurant Management answered and told me they were having issues with their phone lines and told me she can redirect me to the Statements and Billing Department. I said "yes please" and received no response after. At this point I'm ready to tell my customer to dispute the charge with their bank so she can get her money back since we can't seem to get it as the business that provided the service she paid for. Absolutely horrendous experience.

Horrible for refund. Don't calculate sales tax correctly
