I am very pleased with my experience. My email was addressed within hours and a follow up call came as I requested. They are easy to work with and we’re able to help me to confirm my measurements for the Shower Buddy. The shipment arrived within a week. Great service great product!

Very easy to find the correct part and also easy to order. Sent and received in a quick manner. The part fit correctly and was good quality. We have had a shower buddy for a few years and it is a quality product. We use it for our daughter who has spina bifida.

I called needing small part that was not listed in the catalog. Oscar went above and beyond in helping me identify the part, finding the part and shipping it out very quickly. He was very pleasant and personable- it was an unexpectedly great customer experience which seems rare these days.
