My wife and I really like our shower buddy! Because we have a limited income, we wish insurance would have covered the cost of it. That is the only reason why we didn’t give it 5 star rating.

my wife was afraid of the shower buddy. My sons and I assembled it and showed that it would support our weight and that she had noting to worry about. It is now assembled and has never been used. Not a drop of shower water has touched it yet you would not allow an even partial refund. Now I'm stuck with a device that cost me $3400 trying to unload it on eBay. I'm not happy and would recommend friends not to buy this machine because of your return policy. Too bad. The thing is ingenious and easy to use

The ShowerBuddy is good because the seat has a cushion and it's easy to move around. The thing was I needed something for the bottom part of the back.
