They had the part I needed
They had the part I needed! And they sent it to me with tracking information so I didn't have to worry if it was coming or not. However, the shipping cost was very high for such a small part ($20).

Showerbuddy replacement wheel delivered promptly
I needed a replacement wheel for a ShowerBuddy chair. In general, the chair is great, but the wheel rusted even though I take it apart and drain after every use (I didn't know to do this at first). So, I don't feel I should have needed a replacement wheel, and with delivery it cost about $65. I first found and used a showerbuddy email address, but they forwarded my request to solutionbased. Once that happened, the order fulfillment was just fine.

Ordered 3 parts for my brother's chair…
Ordered 3 parts for my brother's chair SBT2. 2 parts received were correct. 1 parts was wrong. Some difficulty was encountered to get the wrong part corrected. I am now waiting on the correct part and a return label for the incorrect part.

Best thing since sliced bread and PB&J
The Shower Glide has become the answer to my problems in the shower. I am a 240+ lb male who lost most of the control in my legs about 3 yrs ago. The Glide chair allows me to transfer from my wheel chair into the shower and back out to my chair totally unassisted. This is the best thing since sliced bread, peanut butter and jelly.

ShowerGlyde SG3 is great!
Purchased a ShowerGlyde SG3 for my 88 yr old mother to use. Extremely well designed and manufactured; works perfectly and glides easily. Has made helping mom shower so much easier on my back and so much safer for her. The hard seat is VERY hard though so recommend ordering the soft seat. Needed to order extension legs to go over the jacuzzi tub in her bathroom, and the order took several months to get shipped. Initial lack of communication regarding the legs being backordered is why I took off 1 star in my rating.

Product was shipped promptly and arrived in good shape. It's unfortunate that I have to replace the back fabric every 6 months, and that the replacement price is so high.
