I have been a vape smoker for 4 years now. Vaping helped me quit smoking cigarettes. In the last 2 years I have bought 3 and my husband has bought 4 smok vapes and each of them have only lasted us 6 months or less. We’ve had all various kinds ranging from thicker mods to the pen mod, including the cotton coil and regular coil. In a matter of months the battery dies completely. Today was my last straw at 10 pm my vape completely stopped working it won’t hold a charge and it won’t come on. I treat my vapes with care and according to the directions in the manual. You guys have officially lost two customers. I’m sick of dumping money in to smok for the product to only last half a year or less. My husband is fed up as well. I plan on making a YouTube video and posting on social media for no one to purchase your product. What a scam and a waste of money. I have spoken to my usual vape store and they to have said a ton of customers refuse to buy smok products and that they are going to stop selling them. You guys have some good ideas and I hope you fix your product and hope that you truly care about your customers. But after spending about 800 bucks between my husband and I buying smok mods from you all, we are done. Sorry this is harsh but I feel like you guys should know that people are switching to Kanger and geek after wasting money on smok. I’d pay way more money for a vape that will last me a year or more vs ever buying or using a smok pen ever again. I bought a smok baby x lasted 3months due to not being able to charge it so silly me bought another now after another 3 months this one has gone and done the same thing . Been in touch with them for a replacement and not heard anything back . I'll never buy any product from smok again .

I had a Veneno Smok device and a Nord as well as a stick device, all leaked which caused them to spit juice and shock my tongue. Honestly not worth the money as all 3 Smok products I have owned leaked and stopped working.

Had my smok come yesterday two hour later the tank leaked. So gone for a refund with Amazon but I had too buy batteries desperate and won't get a refund on them. Never again smok so unreliable

Do not buy a smok regardless of which one you get they all brake and stop working. Waste of money!

I bought a smoke in feb and the +/- button broke sent emails to smok and i havent heard nothing back

I bought the smok x-priv less then 6 months ago. Most expensive e-cig I've ever bought and the worst. My charging port is now busted. I've been vaping for 4 years. I had another vaping mod that I purchased for less than half of this one and used it for almost two years without any problems. It seems like the more you spend on an e-cigs the more problems you are going to have.

everybody is complaining about smok. next time buy an aspire.the store is allowed to take it back and give you a new one on the spot.
