No leakage and not afraid of it falling over and breaking the glass.for this I give it a five stars.

Hi My quick recommendation regarding the SMOK RPM2 Brilliant vape for all and my only bad criticism on this vape is the two silicone side air hole reducers that fall out upon there own free will (a drop of silicone glue solved this issue .... But apart from that it's a great vape, with great battery life and very long lasting coils

Usually my tfv 16 dual mesh last me a long while but I don't know what you've done to cut costs but these coils can't last 2 days now.

I’ve had a very complicated relationship with this company, and this is starting from where I first saw them I believe was about four or five years ago. At that time, their products were absolutely outstanding, I still have a 200 or 220 W box mod that still works to this day although I hardly ever use it nowadays as I’m trying to quit. I did notice, and while I still hold the company in high regard as their parts are widespread, maintenance may be necessary which is a downside which is why I did not give a five out of five review as some of the products do tend to break, but I believeThat they are trying to address those mistakes. I just received, as a reward for from the company ejuicesteals.com and I’m not trying to promote another company here but I just received the RPM160 POD Mod Kit, and I’ve had it for about three or four days now and I really put that thing through the ringer. I am it’s got a huge tank, the fill ability is easy as I found it always is with smart products and they seem to be Michaeltin usually pretty interchangeable. I think a lot of people are forgetting the fact that there aren’t really many 40 W, 80 white, or hell 160 W pods out there. I mean that’s the strength of a regular box. So this is a partial review for the company which I believe is on the upswing. I’ve had mods and pods I’ve had them go out but I’ve also had that happen with Aniken and aspire another top name brands. Sometimes it’s how you treat them, and sometimes it’s a USB I mean I just went through Saghalie top-of-the-line model and it was USB only and now I can’t even charge the thing even though it was a tremendously great box if it taking batteries like my stock products then I think things would’ve been different so I’m gonna give them a four out of five stars as I noticed a unusually low ranked. Yes stuff breaks, and yes they may have hit a rough patch for a while, but think of the demand and think of it from their point of you. Not really the kind of person to ever leave reviews but felt the need to leave this one. I’ve used/owned several different types of vapes made by all different brands/manufactures and can say Smok has been my best personal experience by far. I recently bought the RPM80 Pro back in late February and had it for only a week and a half before it completely stopped working for no reason. After going through all the trouble shooting tips and trying to figure it out I gave up and contacted Smok’s tech team. They contacted me back, asked what problems I was having, requested receipts, etc for proof of purchase, and after a few days of exchanging information they were sending me a brand new RPM80 Pro to replace the defective one. I couldn’t choose a specific color this time but was more than happy to at least have a working one. It was without a doubt the best customer service I’ve ever received when it comes to vape companies and giving out replacements when a product breaks. Wanted to give it a little time before leaving a review but I've now had the new vape for over a month and is still working like it should with no problems. Will definitely continue to use Smok in the future.

Used numerous Smok products over many years and reliability is hit and miss. I have an x cube 2 that is now 4 years old and still chugging away but also had a Nord that gave up after 1 month. What I will say is that my experience when making a warranty claim from here in the UK was fantastic! Sent all the required pictures of box receipt and explanation in an email to smok.e.u they answered in two days authorised a replacement and i received TWO in the post 10 days later
