after sales service is the worst ive ever experienced full-stop 6 months of communication telling me to deface the old device and send proof and still no replacement of faulty device they're just playing games with no intention of replacing the device claiming been sent and asking me to contact service centre in Europe via phone to ask where it is. will never buy another smok product again

I bought a smok nova about a week ago, yesterday these white beads appeared are coming out of the pod. I cleaned it out thinking it was something in my bag that got into it, and I didn’t put it back in my bag, then I look again and they started coming out of the pod again. I wish I could put the picture up. I would not suggest someone buying this.

When I was in Wales I brought a smok Nord vape. The vape was a defected unit and by the time I realised this there was no way I could return it as i was back in Kent. The unit would show a red light when charging and blink 4/5 times when I tried to fire it up. So I contacted the Smok customer service via email. At first they took there time to reply, 2-3 days. I was close to binning it. I then got a reply asking for my details the name of the shop proof of purchase and a picture of the unit, I was then asked to put a large cross though the unit and they would send me another one. the whole process was almost 2 weeks long. I finally recived the new item and it works perfectly. Although the process was long I got what I wanted, It would have been 5 star although the process took a while.

I contacted SMOK regarding the quality of there coil. I have the SMOK AL85 and typically I could get a month out if a coil which I'm happy with. All of sudden the quality of the coils dropped and I went through 2 coils in 1 week. They were completely burnt. I even sent them pictures to show how bad they were. All they could do was makeup excuses. Poor customer!!!

Can anyone help me i got the smok stick x8 and everytime i plug it in the red dot will show up for about ehhh 25 30 minutes then it will power off then when i power it back on it blinks white about 4 to 5 times is there anyway anybody can troubleshoot this for me

Bought a vape pen 22 from a local smoke shop and it broke within a week. Leaked from the power button and was spitting liquid a lot. The smoke shop owner said that he doesn't do returns and won't honor their warranty so I had to consult Smok myself. Support team said that my product was fake and they couldn't give me a new one. A complete scam.

I haven’t had the Smok Vape a month and it’s over heating and shot fire into my mouth burning my lips and tongue! I wouldn’t buy another one if you paid me too!

Always liked Smok, they don't seem to have the best reputation it would seem however.. Maybe I've been lucky so far.. I always use Smok tanks, my tfv8 & tfv12 have been used at least a few times a day & have yet to let me down. My partner uses the Novo kit, which has worked fine so far (had it about 6 months) Before that we had V8 Stick kits, which are still working & used as back ups.. I got a Procolor kit when they were pretty new & used it daily until a couple months ago.. (Got a bad battery that caught fire & wrecked it, I don't recommend Samsung 18650's) 👎 I'd recommend SMOK products, they may not be the absolute best in the world, but they do offer a good experience at a budget friendly price.. However, I've always purchased everything from local shops & haven't ordered directly from them.. Also, the coils aren't the longest lasting.. For these 2 reasons I can't give a full rating. But I would recommend to anyone looking for a half decent set up that won't break the bank.
