I'm done with Smok vape products. As a Smok user for many years, I have found their quality has fallen sharply. For leaky Nord pods on new, to just simply not working on new pods straight out of the package. I will switch to a different manufacturer.

DO NOT BUY THESE! I had 1 that lasted less than a year and purchased another after, not even a month after I bought it, it was not functioning correctly or firing the way it should be firing. When contacted and I let them know I no longer had a receipt from a month ago because I did not think about having a device that would need to be returned they told me I couldn't return it unless I had proof of my purchase. Didn't bother telling me until the end of the conversation after I went through EVERY damn step to give them what they asked me to provide. Waste of time and money will never buy another one again and you shouldn't either. I'm super picky about what I buy and took my chances on this brand. What a complete letdown as well from the company too. Good riddance.

Product is defective. Theu will not send a pre-paid label amd are violating Maine's implied warranty law. Need to be fixed or replaced at no cost to the consumer- Which includes shipping costs.

Please save your money and do not buy smok products. I purchased a morph3 2 weeks ago and I have spent an extra 100 bucks just to keep it running not to mention the leaking juice and the coils that burn out quickly ie..1 to 2 days. The worst quality product one can buy. Friends dont let friends buy smok!

Most shitty vape you can buy, bought one of their new models for like 50e and it broke within a month 😭😂😂💀. Never again...

I tried to use this product for over one year. The quality has dropped to the point that it is unsafe to even carry in your pocket, kind of like an overfilled zippo. Batteries may or may not work strait from the box and will fail you before very long. Worse vape I have ever tried and don't think for one second that they will honor the warranty.

They really are rubbish. Because they feel right (RPM80) and seem to do the job I stuck with them but now have a stack of dead ones - they ALL leak and die after a few weeks - a month at the most, and I only vape at weekends! I got in touch with them and had to provide photos of all the dead ones WITH DEEP SCRATCHES THROUGH THE SCREENS that they insisted I do. They eventually sent me a new one. Guess what - ten days later it died. I have now found another brand which seems not to leak. My advice - avoid Smok unless you like throwing money away.

I have bought several vapes from this company. I got the newer vape mods from this company. I was loyal to their growth and would do it again. They dont care about the consumer. Will never buy anything every from the brand. The vape stopped working after 90 days. It turned off and never turned back on again.They wouldn't even doing anything to make it right. Kept me jumping through hurdles trying to get the matter settle. Its a paper weight on my shelf of disappointment. I hope this reaches a CEO or Company President on how I hate spending money on product that not worthy buying. You lost a 9yr customer over this.
