Crap products. Both of my G-Priv's 510 came loose to the point the tank just falls off the Mod. I emailed Mad Vapes who supposedly handles Smoktech's warranties three times in the last 3 months and have not received a single response. $200 in kits that are worthless now. Would never recommend them; and in fact, tell all my vaping friends to never buy their products. I can deal with a defective product, but their lack of customer service is disturbing.

The Mod I bought was broken. Been emailing Smok customer service asking for assistance with the warranty with no response. That seems to be the trend with them from what I'm finding online. I'm not buying their products anymore. Even if they won't fix it a response would be nice so that I could go on and buy a new product.

I’ve owned the Alien Kit and the Procolor Kit. Smok makes a flashy product that is designed to break fast! The Alien lasted two months, and the Procolor lasted two weeks. When I told them about this, they literally told me it isn’t their problem and refused to help me with their poorly manufactured mod. Other vape companies have always been good and helped with flaws in their products, not not smok. DO NOT BUY SMOK UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING AWAY MONEY.

Less than 3 weeks (sending to Poland) I've got the package, where were everything I've ordered and more (free gift). No problems, no stress, over a month before deadline. AND - OVER 1 WEEK the package was held by local Polish Post Office, 10km from destination... This store is great and reliable. Keep it up, I'll be back - happy customer :)

Min søn Tobias prøvede at købe fra deres hjemmeside, de har trukket pengene, men han har ikke fået noget at vide om den er sendt. Vi har derefter skrevet til dem, men de svarer ikke.
