Their mods are nice in the beginning but they usually break within 6 months or less. Quality control is not there.

Sold a poor product that broke within weeks and will not even contact me about the warrenty would not reccomend doing buisness with them.

placed an order two months ago and i still haven't received it also haven't received any information on my order no tracking number so i cant tell if my order is pending or cancelled or its just taking along time to come

This company is complete garbage. I have wasted enough money on their products but never again... had led screens stop working, battery latches that dont latch, vfin is a terrible design, the screen is on top so I had one of many defective smok coils leak all over it. Now it no longer works. If you buy a 5 pack of coils you are guaranteed to have at least one be defective. My v fin actually came sealed in the box with a broken glass tank. All around terrible products from a terrible company. Buyer beware

Have tried many Smok products. Priv v8 leaks like a sieve, battery compartment latch is weak. Had a baby before; the push key popped off after about a month. Bought 2 Novos. Both malfunctioned within a month. One malfunctioned in my purse pocket and started smoking. Went to vape shop, bought a Slim. Pure garbage. No pull, low battery life, little rubber plug on tank fell off after 2nd fill. Completely done spending money on your poorly made garbage.

Smok is the biggest piece of garbage ever. I own multiple vape shops and this brand has let me down time and time again, not to mention they have completely lost the confidence of most of my customers to where I can't even sell the crap to people. THEY DON'T WANT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My nord stopped working after only a week and a half, 60 bucks is far too much, a vype p3 works better and coils last longer for half the cost, They are also made by a 100 yr old company with an ethic ( I know hard to say about tobacco history)and is easy peasy to mod so cost is so low it is ridiculous. The vype pods refill quick once you know the trick and they snap in leakproof which the nord never did, the nord leaked like a sieve. Save your dough and buy quality. I quit tobacco with a vype, switched to the nord for 11 days until it failed and went back to the same vype pen I bought for 20 bucks from the pleasant and gentlemanly Punjabi family at the corner store- 6 mnths ago, I am healed from the scourge of tobacco-also more informed about junk companies in Schenjen China that don't honour warranties- disrespect is strong in the Smok company friends- avoid them like the plague they are.
