Updated review from May 2025 My journey with Smok's vaping products has been a bit of a rollercoaster, but ultimately, one with a satisfying resolution. I initially purchased a Smok RHA 220 mod in February of this year, hoping for a reliable and enjoyable vaping experience. Unfortunately, my enthusiasm was short-lived, as the device unexpectedly broke in May. What followed was a frustrating period of communication. I delivered many online reviews and engaged in numerous email exchanges with the company. After what felt like an endless back-and-forth, I was finally promised a replacement mod. However, the communication then went silent, leaving me wondering if my efforts had been in vain. Undeterred, I continued my "crusade" to get the issue resolved. My persistence paid off today when, to my surprise and delight, a complete Rigil full vape kit arrived on my doorstep! My experience serves as a testament to the power of perseverance. While the initial product failure and the subsequent communication challenges were certainly frustrating, Smok ultimately came through with a more than satisfactory resolution. (Thanks Winnie!) For anyone out there facing similar issues with a product, I implore you: don't give up and persevere! Your efforts might just lead to a positive outcome. Unfortunately this whole experience has left a bitter aftertaste & i will certainly not be buying any more Smok products anytime soon.

I've used multiple SMOK products over the years. They're really cheap and they work as intended for MOST of the time. Leaks, vapes dying after a year of using for no reason or coils getting burnt very easily. Still, pretty OK for the price, it works 95% of the time, it's just annoying when it doesn't.

I like the looks of the RPM4 60watts also the RPM80 is beautiful!! The screen and buttons are nice good looking and easy to use. But, seriously wanted to love everything about all of my Smok devices and gave them 3 tries! I understand coil leakage yes most vapes leak but man never have I ever had to fill my RPM85 7ml tank 3 times in a day. Purchased 3 weeks ago and after today I’m going back to my RPM4. It does leak less if I keep an eye on coil seating of the o ring. I’m hoping they fix the coils soon and my next purchase of my RPM3 0.15 ohms coils they will fixed the coils. I’d love to give 4 stars and will give 5 when coils are better.

Bought a Smok Morph 2, eventually turned out to be a great machine....but the instruction booklet sucks, he'd to watch a YouTube video to figure out how to assemble it, make sure you tighten everything before putting fluid in it especially the coil. Batteries are hard to find, booklet says nothing about the 18650 batteries needing to be the flat type, wasted money on the wrong kind of batteries

Can anyone help me i got the smok stick x8 and everytime i plug it in the red dot will show up for about ehhh 25 30 minutes then it will power off then when i power it back on it blinks white about 4 to 5 times is there anyway anybody can troubleshoot this for me

My SMOK NOVO started giving problem within a week after purchasing. Problems encountered were : 1. Battery shutting down very often after giving 4 to 5 blinks of the led. 2. Liquid from the pod directly coming into the mouth without vapourizing. 3. Ultimately one day, the battery failed to cut-out. Hot boiling liquid spilled out from the pod. It melted the pod and it got unusable forever. 4. Had requested SMOK tech for replacement. Exchanged many mails (work order no. 024078). But not yet received the replacement under warranty. N.B.: Ultimately i have received the replacement kit under warranty (within 30 days) at my brother's house in Ireland.

fix the leaking tanks, tired of wasting money on juice just to leak all over the place. Aside from the leaky issue, the smok products are pretty good so far

My T-Priv was the first ever mod from Smok and it has served me well and its still working properly. Their customer service is not top notch, but I got the items and I am satisfied.
