I've had 3 Smok vape mods in the last year, and none of them lasted more than 4 months. The first was an X-priv that lasted 4 months. The 2nd X-Priv lasted 2 months. I switched to a G-Priv that lasted 7 weeks until the electronics died. Warranty service is crap. After chasing for several months they finally offer 20% off coupon for Smok products. Why, so I can get a worthless product for 20% off? Time to switch...done with Smok.

I purchased directly from smoktech.com store a "Mag 225W Right Handed Mod KIT". When scrolling down on the web page, it describes the KIT as having not only the MOD/Screwdriver/Charging Cable, but also, the TVF12 Tank, extra glass, rubber rings, two coils. I was only shipped the mod. After 47+ email with both order smoktech.com and support smoktech.com they refuse to correct their error. I offered: 1) Send me a return shipper, I will return the product and you refund my money. or 2) send me the balance of THE KIT I ordered and keep the $55 USD Purchase They offered a $20 coupon to cover shipping after I PURCHASE the tank, which was supposed to be part of my kit.

Bought a alien 220w in august last year and unfortunately only started to use it last month. Gess what, it had the battery indication problem.... With around one week of usage i send the product to the warranty. Gess what again, they told me that it had humidity inside so the waranty was not covering it. I mean just f****** google it, tons of devices have the issue....

I wanted to but a new sourin so I went into a shop and saw the “new best thing”, being the smok mico. I thought it was really cute so I bought it and loved the way it hit. Within a week it wasn’t hitting or recognizing the pod so I submitted a warranty claim on the website and filled out that if my preference was out of stock that they could send me the novo instead. I waited multiple weeks until I decided to call. They said the Mico I wanted was out of stock and wouldn’t be in stock for awhile, so I reminded them that I’ll take the novo instead. Another few week process. The novo worked great for about a month and a half. Won’t charge for more than 10 seconds, won’t recognize pod or hit. DONT BUY- extremely temporary. I submitted another claim last week and although they’ve been responsive they are still shipping later this week for some reason... they know how nicotine works right?? lol

Omg what a piece of crap. I bought a SMOK NORD. I got it Wednesday, and 4 days in, it's leaking, not turning on and I cannot return it to the Smoke Shop I purchased from. Never again!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠

Jesus christ. I ordered a nord kit and it has been 3 f***ing weeks. 3 f***ing weeks.

I just bought a Smok Stick V9 Max Kit and I am extremely disappointed. First off,the thing is so hot I can't put my mouth on it. I played with the air vents hoping it would make a difference but it didn't. Second it leaks terribly. I have to keep a paper towel wrapped around it or else I get liquid all over my hand. The third thing is it spits hot liquid in my mouth. I have to draw in with my mouth above the mouth piece because it's so dang hot. I sent the company an email but they haven't answered me. My old device died so I needed one. Needless to say it's to late to return it because I had to figure out a way to use it. I went ahead and order one from Kangertech. That's what my first one was and I was quite pleased with it. I will never buy Smok brand again. Be warned !!!!!!
