I bought a stick prince, it looked cool and gave me the thick vape that I wanted, less than a month later it stopped working, I took it apart and put it back together over and over for about a day until it miraculously came back to life, a couple weeks later it died again and now it wont come back, a $100 investment down the drain, no way this will happen to me again.

Horrible product. One never worked, returned it to SMOK never heard from them, 2nd one didn't last a month. Horrible customer service and product. Do not buy!

Awful product, I bought two Smok V2 sticks for my fiance and myself only two months ago and they are both broken now with no explanation or reason as to why. They literally just stopped firing and taking a charge. We tried dealing with thier customer service and was told without a reciept to prove my purchase they will not replace them. The company and thier product sucks and are garbage. Don't buy unless you feel like wasting money for no reason.

I have had numerous Smok devices over the past year, initially the Smok V8 priv, worked without any issues whatsoever. Then I got the Smok x-priv which again worked without any issues at all. Unfortunately both were bought at a high street shop, and each time I had been advised wrong on the actual set up I needed to quit smoking for good. I now have the Smok T-priv 3 mod, Smok tfv12 Prince cobra tank and the tfv12 Prince t-10 light up coil, it looks awesome and I have quit smoking. Absolute awesome products. I would recommend to anyone.

Smok offers a “quality warranty service” that I can guarantee you is straight garbage. They make YOU pay to ship out a product that THEY made that broke for absolutely no reason, then proceed to lie to you about when your replacement product is coming for weeks straight. Their service sucks, their products suck. I shouldn’t have to pay to get a problem fixed that was caused by a manufacturing error. I shouldn’t have to “prove” that my product broke for no good reason. Smok is AWFUL.

I’ve had a couple of their tanks. They always leak and the o-rings warp very easily. As for the coils, they’re incredibly hit and miss. I’ve had some that last a month+ and some that don’t work out the gate. It seems like the quality of everything they make is just poor. It’s a real disappointment.

Was about to tear this company a new one until I got on here and realized everyone already has. Buy this product if you want it to look good, and function like absolute garbage. It’s cool though, at least when you get on their website and troubleshoot the errors you’re experiencing, their course of action is to try and market a new product to you. How can a company have this poor of reviews and still be around? Would have given zero stars if it was an option.
