Ordered a smart trike for my daughter because she hates her stroller. We had an issue with the trike, the front wheel for some reason didn’t work. I contacted customer service and received a prompt reply. Mace got back to me and arranged a replacement for us. Mace was very friendly, patient and polite. Simply outstanding. Thank you, Mace, for making our park trips smooth and enjoyable.

We are very happy with the excellent service we just received. My husband and I purchased the SmarTrike for our granddaughter's 1st birthday. After getting it all put together, we realized that the canopy was torn. We gave her the trike without the canopy, and notified SmarTrike about the canopy problem. Our customer service representative, Mace, was very helpful. A new canopy was ordered from the Asian warehouse, free of charge. Mace communicated with me via email and kept us up to date the whole time. We received the replacement canopy in a very reasonable amount of time. Really, the customer service was totally excellent. And...our granddaughter loves her smarTrike!

After 15 days waiting for my smartrike I still haven't received anything. I contact Smartrike and parcelforce daily to see what's going on and they both don't respond, never return calls or contact me. From Smartrike they refer me to parcelforce and there in the tracking my parcel it says that she has been in delivery since February 15, today is the 28th and I am still without my package and without information. Don't buy from Smartrike or use parcelforce because the service and customer support is terrible on both, don't waste your time and money Smartrike order 2200003699 Parcelforce tracking TI6648218

Could not be more impressed with the customer service from Smarttrike. I had Mace as the representative who resolved my issue, and he was communicative and timely with all his responses as we worked thru the process of replacing a bent brake rotor that was damaged in shipment. He even went the extra mile when the specific part could not be found in the warehouse and, instead, sent an entirely new bike as replacement! I cannot say enough good things about the company and their willingness to address my issues. 5 stars earned, with zero doubts.

We had our trike passed down from another family member so had been in use for a while when the bottom strap came loose and lost whilst out and about. I emailed smartrike who got back to me very quickly and we’re eager to help. They managed to send me the part fairly cheaply and made the process very smoothly and kept me updated along the way. Would definitely a recommend.

My toddler received a smarTrike for Christmas and we were so excited! But when we started to assemble it, the small bag of parts for the wheels was missing. It took 2 months and 4 calls with customer service but we finally got the right pieces to assemble the trike. My customer service representative Mace was very helpful and kind through the whole process. I would give 5 stars but all of the pieces were not in the box when the original trike came, and it took 2 different tries to get the right pieces. The customer service was great, it just too hard to get a simple trike assembled.

I bought a trike last year around November however one of the wheels was damaged, I contacted Customer Service and "Mace" was super helpful and comunicative. I got my wheel a month later delivered from China, but it was the wrong color so I contacted them and they again helped me get the wheel delivered and even though it took some time to get it (another month later) I finally got my trike completed and my baby could not be happier riding it. I Appreciate the Customer Service Team for their asistance!

We got our trike as a present and when we open my daughter got so excited but i notes the seat had a crack. I contacted customer service and in a few days my daughter was happy riding her trike. Very happy with the service x and my daughter love to ride her trike she also love her to push her toys on it.
