Literally won't even let one post a review. Keeps saying I need to give the site a star rating. I've tried on multiple browsers. Contacting support I gave detailed browser info and never got any response. What a joke.

Trustpilot is just pisssed off because sitejabber doesn't remove any feedback for being paid. Trustpilot is a trustjack business.

Thanks for the review, Jacob!

I did a review of a website on SiteJabber a while ago, and there were 11 reviews about the site that I was reviewing. I look back a half year later and they're all gone with only two reviews left. That's just weird because they all gave accurate reviews about the site I was reviewing and they were interesting viewpoints. None of them were trolls, we all gave our honest opinions. Not sure why this happened...

Hey Ellie, not to worry, your review wasn’t removed but most likely filtered. You can learn more at https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#filter. Hope this helps!

Only bad reviews are allowed. Good reviews are not "passing" moderation.

Hey David. We value all honest reviews here at Sitejabber, both positive and negative. We’ve shared our review guidelines at https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#review. Hope this helps!

They collect the worst reviews just to try and make money from the poor sellers. It's not a fair representation at all of what people think, they are creating MORE avenues for the small amount of angry people to vent their frustration. Sites like this make me really angry.
Response from SmartCustomerMar 3, 2023
Hi Tim. To allow for full transparency, we don't prevent reviewers from leaving negative feedback. That said, Sitejabber doesn’t spotlight negative reviews over positive ones either. Please see our review guidelines at https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#review.

Take advantage of ratings systems to exploit businesses who struggle due to unfair reviews. Unlike other ratings website they don't monitor or filter fake reviews, they let multiple bad reviews be posted unlike other more trustworthy sites like Product Review. Consumers - I'd stay away from this site if you want your opinion to be taken seriously. Businesses - I would focus more on Google Reviews or Product Review to protect your brand.

Hi Hayley, we do monitor and filter reviews, you can learn more about our process here: https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#fake. We take review authenticity and transparency very seriously, are FTC compliant, and strictly adhere to Google Reviews policies. We hope this helps.
