They blocked me for writing a reply to a 5* Review for a Scam Company scamming people from all over the World. Many Americans. I wasn't rude or beligerent simply wrote that 95% of Reviews didn't agree with the 5* rating. I asked if they worked for the company. That was enough to get me blocked. Still, I managed to find out about the Scam Co and avoided buying from them. So much for SiteJabber.

Its impossible to leave a review for a site that you didn't make a purchase from. I was leaving a review for my terrible zazzle experience; login issues, coupons don't work. In the end I was unable to make a purchase, but sitejabber only qualifies you review as a legit reviewer if you ordered something & have an order id. Also in order to sign into sitejabber with facebook I have to surrender all of my contacts. This alone is a major privacy concern.

Hey Chris, this is correct. This feature exists to ensure that reviews come from real customers, which helps eliminate fraudulent or fake reviews. Facebook login also does not require your contacts – only a name and profile picture. Hope this helps.

They do not share good reviews , share bad reviews immediately and takes so much time in a good review , and deletes good reviews to earn money from a business.

Hi Rohan, honest, authentic reviews on Sitejabber are at the heart of what we do – both the positive and negative ones. We do not delete any reviews unless they violate our Terms of Service – see https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#fake.

they do not share the good reviews, and for bad reviews they ask money to remove them, even if they are not posted by real customers
Response from SmartCustomerMar 3, 2023
Hey George. Review authenticity is of paramount interest to us, and we have multiple layers in place to avoid any unauthentic reviews. Sometimes such reviews may still come through, but they are thoroughly investigated and resolved. We welcome and value all honest reviews, whether they’re positive or negative. You can learn more about our vetting process at https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#fake.

Allows random crazies to review your business but then not give you any tools to address or dispute and attempt to remove those reviews UNLESS YOU PAY to upgrade. Dodgy business.

Excellent destination for customer ratings and reviews of businesses.

Hi Mirzela, thank you so much for the review.

I first went on this site a couple of years ago to report a scam Chinese dating site using photos of Ukranian women. I distinctly remember that there was a prominent warning about fake reviews. This is no longer there. The site is obviously grossly manipulated and has dropped the standards it once had.
