Excellent place to complain about Nochex, Official Icloud Removal UK, and even about Trustpilot.

A very glitchy, problematic site that I couldn't get to work properly. It took me forever to get their search engine to search for ebay, then when I found it and posted a review it turned out to be an ebay seller listed under ebay's address. Having said that, I did manage to post some reviews. Hard work though.

As others have pointed out, SiteJabber is a scam. They post or allow fake reviews and when the businesses contact SiteJabber to have the fake reviews removed, they refuse for free but offer "professional monitoring and removal services for a fee". There are legitimate sites out there, with real reviews from real customers, such as BBB, Trustpilot and others.

Fake reviews plague the site and admins are happy with them!! Instead their anti-fraud/scam "al-hole-rithm" seems to leave behind all the fraud and fakes instead of the real reviews!! Well done!!

They brought new revolutionary business model in the industry last 10 years. That is promoting negative or fake reviews and they get paid to remove the negative reviews. Do not waste of your time with Sitejabber review site. There are full of fake reviews and negative reviews in their website. If you have time to write or to read anything on SiteJabber review site, you better to look after your family and friends around you. That will make your life much better.

Don’t seem to do much about the number of fake reviews.. or fake reviews where the seller has been told to exchange a good review for a refund. You can tell fake reviews a mile away. I also had trouble with them getting a review published when I got scammed (shop reported me)

excellent, dont mind saying it like it is and dont bow to pressure from big companies to remove reviews that dont see them favourably like TRUSTPILOT does.
