SmartCustomerReviews of smartcustomer.com

Even though it seems a noble endeavor to warn people about bad or even dangerous websites and to reward companies that are doing well, in practice this website turns out to be completely unreliable. For example, on the website of compro-seguro.com This is a website of a company that does not exist. Just look after it at the internet, the company simply does not exist. This website is made for criminal activities. Nevertheless, there are 18 positive reviews on sitejabber. When you place a warning, it is removed at the request of "Compro seguro". In short, sitejabber completely ignores his goal and is also responsible for scamming people through Compro-Seguro

I ordered a beautiful wig from URHair and they sent me such a terrible looking wig.I ordered a blonde wig with golden highlights but I got a red wig.i ordered a shoulder length wavy wig but they sent me a very short old-fashioned style. This is obviously a scam as i noticed later that the model is not even wearing a wig but it is her own hair. They refuse to give me my money back and pay pal are not helping me.Not only am I going to boycott Chinese wig companies by stop using PayPal as they just did not help me one bit.I am disgusted!

Customers are blackmailing me! Seriously, sites like this allow criminal activity. "Refund me for a purchase I made 6 months ago or else I'll post a bad review" .... that's called extortion. We all agreed to a 30 day return policy. And we agreed the merchandise needs to be returned. Don't pretend like I'm a bad seller because I won't straight out refund your purchase when it's been almost 6 months. SiteJabber, you're enabling individuals to participate in fraud. In doing so, you are the apparatus of the fraud and should be held accountable for it! Lawyers out there: If there is ever a class action lawsuit, count me in. Comment below and I'll get ahold of you.

I received help from SiteJabber people dealing with a retailer Rotita and got my money back. The retailer did not bother to comunicate with me but and I got money back for poor quality item only when SiteJabber got involved. Thank you

Just bunch of liars who post the review of rich companies so they can get the payment from them. They will not allow bad reviews for them.

Very unresponsive and unprofessional company. For sales, they will run after you like there is no tomorrow, to the extent that you feel you are being stalked. But once that is done, they are not interested in service. You can continue to follow up with them till the cows come home. You will not receive any response.

This is really a joke website..full of bugs, fake reviews, trolls...not sure how they can stay in business

Took my unfavorable review off apparently because site being reviewed didn't like it.
