I really do not like the new website design for 2026. Not only have they put several unnecessary pushes to be able to submit reviews many of the features are unnecessary. You are now required to upload a proof of purchase for reviewing a website. Okay, really? No this is dribble and needs to go. many websites do not have purchases so this is unnecessary. Simply put it's data collection.

What made this even worse is that there was no clear policy on their website explaining why my request would be denied. I was left completely unsupported during a very difficult time. As a result, I ended up paying twice for my flight, and I still have an unused ticket that Expedia did nothing to help me with. This caused me both financial loss and unnecessary stress. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any travel service. I strongly do not recommend Expedia to anyone.
