I had a problem with a company based in China. I felt that the length of time it was taking for me to receive an item that I had paid for was far beyond a reasonable amount of waiting time. I post my review with Site Jabber. I was thrilled that to date 1.1 million people have read my review. I am here to say Site Jabber definitely doesn't cater to only complimentary reviews, as my review was not a glowing endorsement of Alliexpress. I bought a few tops and I had a problem with one top so Iet Rosegal know and Rosegal took care of the problem lickity split (right away).

Deleted my review without warning for no reason. It never even appeared on the page. So I wasted my entire time with their site, joining and writing one out. After deleting the review, my account appeared to be compromised as well. I tried to log in, but it wouldn't let me and I refreshed on page of my username. It told me review was on gone, then that user didn't exist. When I tried to rejoin thinking it was glitched, I got an error. So annoyed. I hope this site is better.

As a small business owner I am always looking for new solutions to grow our reputation and help build our marketing. SiteJabber contacted me about setting up a profile with them, big mistake! They are (without our consent) soliciting our customers and will still not explain how they are doing this. We are also getting competitors writing really unprofessional and clearly from a competitor. SiteJabber will not be around long because of better solutions like TrustPilot and Yelp.

I have a lot of doubts about this website. There is a lot of pages filled by people having only 1 review, rarely 2 or more. I prefer to stay away from this kind of website. Some companies prefer to pay for fake reviews than for a good quality control and customer service. SiteJabber seems to be a platform for those companies.

As many others have noted, SiteJabber appears to be very dishonest. Add this experience to the pile: when I try to post a negative review for boingboing.net, it simply says "Processing" forever once I submit the form. Tried this multiple times. 500 errors. How convenient!
