After phone calls and numerous emails the company agreed to refund half my money. They did not want the 2 dresses back. I wrote a review giving one star last month and I am amending that review since they did issue a partial refund. Read about their return policy before you buy.

Any one use or heard of jaberpoint ,jaberwokie review or jabberblaber or any other jabber site? Do they swap and change to cause you issues?, Don't publish any reviews and their reviews are so biased they don't care, and I don't care if they read this. They don't care about your reviews. connected to other known scam sites with the jabber name? connected to site's and app that change via a web browser virus, a new company old company? Want you to believe everything you see or hear. Decide if doing business with site jabber suits you. does an untrusted pilot that has a destination unknown. Allowing unrelated spam reviews of sites that have nothing to do with the site, is this all so a site jabber site with a different name? I'll leave that for you too decide. Read other reviews. Got an issues with this review then leave a reply, explan how it's incorrect.

Hi, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this misunderstanding. Sitejabber is not affiliated with any other business or website, including anything with the word “jabber” or “jaber”. To address possible missing reviews: Reviews are generally posted within 48hrs but can be held for further review up to 30 days for reasons such as a brand new account with no prior review history. We take review authenticity and transparency very seriously, are FTC compliant, and strictly adhere to Google Reviews policies. Hope this helps.

They are OK I always refer to them along with trustpilot whenever I google for a site review. Dunno why most rate them badly but they are ok for me so far ...

Hey Ken, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. 🙂

Site Jabber is a great platform to share your reviews with others. The only problem I have is that fake reviews claiming that companies are great are allowed up on the site without having to prove that they are genuine customers. When those fake reviews go up they allow Finvesting to scam other people which is WRONG. Critical reviews are scrutinised My opinion also goes for Trust Pilot.

Hello Miss Gee, thanks for the feedback. Review authenticity is of paramount interest to us, and we have multiple layers in place to avoid any unauthentic reviews. Sometimes such reviews may still come through but they are thoroughly investigated and resolved (although this may take time). Honest, authentic reviews on Sitejabber are at the heart of what we do – both the positive and negative ones. You can learn more about our vetting process at https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#fake.

so I might expand on this later.... but basically 2 things: 1) the view count on SJ is false. it's wrong. the view count will increase before your review goes live, and will also increase when your review is not publically visible. 2) importantly, SJ shadow censors. your reviews and comments will/might only be visible from your own login. log out, and they won't exist publically. internet tip: when you submit content anywhere, log out and check your content is still visible.

Hello! In an effort to show consumers only the most relevant reviews, Sitejabber introduced a Review Filter. The filter uses an algorithm that attempts to display to users only the most relevant content by screening certain reviews. Reasons reviews might be filtered include: suspected solicited reviews in violation of our terms of service, suspected site-promotion spam (positive reviews), suspected competitor spam (negative reviews), language use, irrelevant content, and other terms of service violations. The same filter and algorithm is applied to every review. The filter isn’t perfect, but it is dynamic and always learning. As a result, you may see reviews move in and out as the filter learns more about the trustworthiness of the reviews of a particular site. I hope this information helps.

A very glitchy, problematic site that I couldn't get to work properly. It took me forever to get their search engine to search for ebay, then when I found it and posted a review it turned out to be an ebay seller listed under ebay's address. Having said that, I did manage to post some reviews. Hard work though.

Hey Frank, we’re sorry you were experiencing some technical issues, but we’re glad you were able to post your reviews. Thank you!
