I bought a 2017 Nissan Armada from Carvana in April 2017. The Carfax said no reported damage. The back bumper paint started flaking off and a local body shop told me it was because it had been repainted and repainted poorly. I was never told of this by Carvana who never identified this repair. When I contacted Carvana Tyrone gave me the brush off and said nothing they could do. I suspect they are buying damaged cars cheaply repairing them and then selling them cheaply as was the case in mine. I will never buy from them again!

I found it unusual that my company,which prides itself in quick turnaround and responsive customer service, would have so many poor reviews. Come to find out there are absolutely phony reviews being posted. Orders numbers and customer names that don't match up in our data at all. I can only conjecture we have some jealous competitors but I don't know. I DO know that Sitejabber has no credibility as a review site.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A WEBSITE OR ANY SOFTWARE THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE CONSTANT MONITORING. EITHER STAY ON TOP AND MONITOR YOUR SITE OR SHUT IT DOWN. SITEJABBER HAS BEEN TRYING TO PROCESS A REVIEW FOR OVER AN HOUR NOW AND IT'S STILL SPINNING. YES I HAVE AN ACCOUNT BUT THAT IS USELESS.

eBay protects its seller, 2009shoppingmall ( 157161 ), to deceive consumers by let the seller control the access of consumer review. She (the seller, 2009shoppingmall ( 157161 )) buy good reviews by lying to her consumers that she will return their some money if they re-write the review to good. After they rewrite a good one, she will lock the access of review, and do not return any money. I am glad I did not lie to costumer about her products even I did give her one more star as I did not pay attention to size unit of her room dividers. She deceive consumer by making fault description of her products, such as she call a toy room divider as real one and use unclear words and unit to describe them. She raises the price a little and sell them. If getting bad reviews, she will lie to refund some money back if re-wrting a good review. After some consumers really did, she just lock review access and no refund at all. (yet, I did not give her 5-star or lie about her products) She just know people will not return the item for paying mailing back to China for a $20 item because you still get charge for packing even though eBay says return free. Remember her selling user name: 2009shoppingmall (157161)! (she called herself as Angela, but not her real name because she is a Chinese in China). She may change it after finding my review here. Just remember she sells "6 Panel Screen Room Divider Fabric Wood Frame Folding Partition Privacy" (just toys with pictures of panda, Chinese antient beauties, or the Great Wall) and maybe other products too. I will continue review her and eBay until eBay no longer accept such a sell and stop helping its sellers to deceive consumers by technical control the access of consumer review. Please join in to force such company to stop helping sellers to deceive consumers

I've written reviews on sitejabber before and I think they do a good job, the reviews seem honest, and truthful, and tell it like it is, so I don't have anything to say negativity about sitejabber, they have posted my reviews and I appreciate it, I try to write honest, fair, and truthful reviews, not made up crap that some things I've read before, that's just lousy on the part of the person writing it, period. I've done a lot of shopping online, and most of the companies I've ordered from are outstanding, with the exception of fanantics, they're down so far they'll never reach the top, I will absolutely not be ordering from them again, they've lied to me twice about my order shipping date, and when it's supposed to be delivered, enough about them, I've already written a review about them, but I like to write reviews on sitejabber.

SiteJabber seems very SKETCHY. They post BAD / negative 1 and 2 star reviews immediately, and good reviews they moderate for up to 2 days. Also, are the views legit??? I'm skeptical that some of my reviews has 5,000 to 15,000 views in a month??? But NOT many helpful votes. ME thinks or my Spidey senses tells me SiteJabber makes you think your reviews has tons of 'FAKE' made up views put out by SiteJabber. I DELETED my account. It's a waste of my time reviewing. I would trust SiteJabber as far as I can throw it.... To sum it up. I would only trust SiteJabber as far as I can throw them.
