False star counts across most reviews, don't trust
Having looked at sitejabber reviews for a company, 50% of the 5 star reviews were actually people complaining about the end company,, there were over 2,000 reviews for this company. Therefore sitejabber is completely fake, they associate a completely different star count then what the reviewer has stated

The overall rating of any business is a weighted average, with 50% coming from the average rating of all reviews, 25% coming from an average of all reviews written in the last 12 months, and 25% coming from an average of all reviews written in the last month. Should the 12-month or 1-month weighting periods be without reviews, that period is assigned an “average” rating (e.g., 3 stars). We hope this information helps.
