Service is crap and what they offer isn't true. Reviews don't show up, they blame other apps even though they installed theirs and did the setup after any other app was signed up. My Dev has said that they are wrong anyway and that it's because they are reviews from our previous review company. They literally have NO idea what they are doing. They don't understand what e-commerce requires in regards to reviews. They have an extremely high turnover of staff and are not worth even close to the $3400 fee. They dont help you, they promise things that they dont understand let alone can provide. Wouldnt reccomend even if they were $100 for the year.

Hi Carla, in some scenarios we aren’t able to pull reviews from other apps or sites. Reviews are flagged for such things as inappropriate language, irrelevant content, solicited reviews, site-promotion spam, competitor spam, or other Terms of Service violations. You can learn more about the process at https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#remove. We’d like to learn more about your experience, can you reach out to us at [email protected]. Thanks.

Absolutely terrible. They disallow reviews for certain companies..... I wonder if the companies that cannot get bad reviews paid them.........
Response from SmartCustomerFeb 9, 2023
Thank you for sharing your concern. We don’t in any way disallow reviews, all reviews are generally posted within 48 hours, but some may be flagged and put on hold for further review. Sitejabber doesn't prevent reviewers from leaving any kind of feedback, positive or negative. We hope this helps.

I have been using Sitejabber site for almost a year now. I have been able to patronise great and quality brands/products from other people's honest review on the Sitejabber site. These reviews helped me in making informed decisions about which company to patronise and the ones to avoid. The Sitejabber site has really been helpful to my online shopping experience. They are doing a great job.

WOO HOO! That’s our goal every time. We’re thrilled you’ve been able to connect with great brands using our site. Thank you so much for sharing your experience.

This company posts negative reviews and forces companies to pay to have them removed. Not only that, they are very, very, very biased and selective in what they allow to be posted in reviews on their site. I don't mean the basic rules are enforced here either, where your account gets blocked for something childish like cursing or insulting. I mean that if you post a completely honest and sincere review in a professional manner, they will remove it or flag it so that it is not publicly viewable if it doesn't fit their cause. They can, they will, and they do this all of the time. I, and several others, have posted absolutely devastating reviews about Weedsly.com on Sitejabber. We completely exposed the scam that is Weedsly. Well, Weedsly paid Sitejabber to remove them. I posted a follow up update a couple of months later explaining that my situation was still on-going (in an effort to help keep others from being scammed) and Sitejabber blocked me. This is what I mean. They know that it is a scam. I even explained in my update that the other big review company, being TrustPilot, removed Weedsly from their platform because they realized that it was a scam. Still, Sitejabber backs and supports the fraudulent company, even though they know that Weedsly also posts fake reviews all over their site. They allow for it to happen because it generates income for them in the end. Because well, Sitejabber is basically an extortion scam in itself. It makes complete sense why they would feed off of each other the way that they do - they're equally as bad as the other. It is not a reputable review site and they are misleading us in the reviews that they allow the public to see.

Hey James, we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Review authenticity is of paramount interest to us, and we have multiple layers in place to avoid any unauthentic reviews. Sometimes such reviews may still come through but they are thoroughly investigated and resolved. After a review is posted, we give the business a 30-day window to resolve any issues. After 30 days, the review is still posted whether the issue has been resolved or not. Like you mentioned, we do flag for such things as inappropriate language, irrelevant content, solicited reviews, site-promotion spam, competitor spam, or other Terms of Service violations. You can learn more about the process at https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#fake. Honest, authentic reviews on Sitejabber are at the heart of what we do – both the positive and negative ones. Please reach out to [email protected], we’d like to personally speak with you and get this issue resolved.

Had an email off Sitejabber. Never heard of them, never gave them my email, and they addressed me incorrectly. So, where have I put this email?? in the trash where they belong!

I don't believe the guys who posted most the bad reviews about siteabber! I signed up with them many years ago back around 2005 roughly. Jeremy I think, was the main administrator and CEO back then I believe and if possible would always personally deal with any issues. If I were you I would read the reviews very carefully and judge for yourself because I think there may be some sabotage from other companies. I used the Monica 'Richard Hannah' back then & probably 2009 was my last edit. I was very much involved at the beginning of siteJabber when there were very few registered user. My review(as I recall), was very honest and open and positive. I don't believe siteJabber has gone downhill as badly as some people would like it to have I suggest!
