Hey there. In an effort to show only the most relevant reviews, Sitejabber uses a Review Filter and algorithm that screens certain reviews. The filter isn’t perfect, but it is dynamic and always learning. You can learn more at https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#filter

Site Jabber is a great platform to share your reviews with others. The only problem I have is that fake reviews claiming that companies are great are allowed up on the site without having to prove that they are genuine customers. When those fake reviews go up they allow Finvesting to scam other people which is WRONG. Critical reviews are scrutinised My opinion also goes for Trust Pilot.

Hello Miss Gee, thanks for the feedback. Review authenticity is of paramount interest to us, and we have multiple layers in place to avoid any unauthentic reviews. Sometimes such reviews may still come through but they are thoroughly investigated and resolved (although this may take time). Honest, authentic reviews on Sitejabber are at the heart of what we do – both the positive and negative ones. You can learn more about our vetting process at https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#fake.

I wish I could give -5 starts or 0 stars. These guys are blackmailers. There is no way of handling fake bad reviews on SiteJabber. They will force and blackmail you to buy their premium plans to cope with bad reviews. Even they won't let you take your business listing of the SiteJabber instead they will blackmail you to buy their paid plans.

Hi Eva, review authenticity is of paramount interest to us, and we have multiple layers in place to avoid any unauthentic reviews. Sometimes such reviews may still come through but they are thoroughly investigated and resolved. Sitejabber combats fake reviews in a multitude of ways, including using complex algorithms to track the ever-evolving patterns of fake reviews, and deploying a moderation team that spot-checks reviews. While we highlight some awesome features on our paid plans, we do not blackmail anyone to do anything. You can always use Sitejabber at no cost. In the spirit of full transparency, business listings are made available so anyone can research any business.

Hey Colleen, looks like this review was submitted for the wrong domain. Sitejabber.com is a reviews website where buyers like you can leave feedback on businesses and their products. We don’t sell clothing of any sort. We kindly ask that you move this review to the correct domain. Thank you.
