This is the WORST experience of all time! I spend over $1200 for a CPAP Machine. The strap broke after 3 days. The pillows did not fit. I was asked multiple time to send pictures of the broken items before they would even think about a replacement. I will report the to the BBB and any organization that will listen to me.

Finding the right mask can often be the most difficult part of starting CPAP therapy, and I'm sorry to hear that, on top of that, you received a defective item.
