The replacement blades cost around £40 one i received never worked no email reply

This is the third time I have commented on here regarding this Company - I have emailed them six times but the only time I get a reply is when I complain on here! However, the two emails from them are the same - asking me to test the shaver, I have told them it’s been done and still doesn’t work - I just want a return address and a refund!! My advice would be DO NOT Buy from this company - after sales service is ZERO!

I’ve had the Skull Shaver Gold for just under 2 years and while it’s good for a quick tidy up it’ll never replace a proper wet shave. The problems I’ve had are more to do with construction, the ‘chrome’ paint on the blades flakes off if used in the shower and now for some reason the LEDs have stopped working so I have to guess how much charge is left.

Don’t waste your time great product but you can’t get heads there always out off stock so after 6 months it’s useless

I bought a pit bull platinum just before Xmas 2022. The paint on the shaver head is peeling off. I’ve tried contacting them via email and had no reply now for over a week. For the money I paid for this shaver the build quality is rubbish. It’s plastic. At least a reply would be nice

I ordered one, it arrived with the head not functioning correctly… beware you have to purchase a new head this isn’t covered by warranty!

I bought as a gift for my fiancé, he loved it, very easy to use as he’s bald but after 3 months the blade broke, and they were very happy to help and sent another one, the member of staff was so helpful and kind Anahit and Sona, thank very much

Bought a device for €150. After 3 uses, the device is not charging NOT CHARGING The company does not respond to my emails. I assume its their policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
