Terrible after-service care. I bought a clipper which, as a product, was great. However, the 3mm bit broke (the only bit I use) and I've emailed them asking if I could buy another one, long story short, they don't just sell the 3mm bits and I'd have to get a whole new £80 clipper just for the 3mm bit. They have offered finally to send a completely new kit, but I'd have to send the old one back first meaning it would likely be 4-6 weeks away without being able to shave which isn't a solution. Either way, it's looking like I'd have to buy a new one all for a 50p bit.

Ordered the pro gold skull shaver on 11 th December 2022 after tracking this item which had not moved I call Royal Mail who said this is a mossing parcel and to get in touch with skull shaver I emailed the cs support and have had 2 reply’s the last was they will replace and then nothing since ! They are totally ignoring me My advise is DO NOT use this company their service is appalling I understand they are based is USA but it’s only. 5 hour time difference Iwill now be taking this up with the ombudsman bet they happy as they got £100 out of me

3-5 days delivery was 6 weeks. Did not get it for xmas (ordered 30th november). Did not get all i ordered so still wayting...

Gave it a try, wasn’t for me. Customer service and the return process was all smooth and well-communicated.

I bought the gold pro head shaver, bought the case and stand to go with it, after the second time I used it in the shower is when i realised it might not be as waterproof as they boast, half an hour after the use of it in the shower, the shaver turned itself on and couldnt be turned off, just kept going until the battery died. Rang customer support, no one to take my call, no one on live chat and havent had a response from emails sent, I have even used Facebook Messenger, no one on there either. . . . All in all I feel like I have been mugged.

I bought my Skull Shaver 3 years ago. Worked a dream for about 18 months then wouldn't charge. Put it down to experience/daily use and ordered a new one. Great experience but have now been trying to order replacement blades for the last 3 months. They are never in stock, their customer service standard response is "keep trying" or "they will be back in stock soon." I'm getting to the point where I will bin the Skull Shaver and just buy something else. In summary, great kit if you want to pay a high price for something that will last 3-6 montgs.

Good product, but terrible customer service and out of stock replacement blades. The replacement blades are never in stock. So how can I replace my blade if it is never in stock and the customer support does not reply? The added phone does not work - you shop from UK but the support is in USA and even if you call in working hours, it says to email them. Email responses will never come...they just do not reply to your requests.
