Excellent service from the company after a totally opposite experience from Amazon. Not used the product purchased yet but initial impression is of a high quality well made item/s.

I bought this with great expectations, but unfortunately disappointment was not far away. After owning for 12 months I was on the 4th motor/battery!! For the price £180 this is totally inferior and unacceptable. I certainly would not recommend this product to anyone (to save them the hassle of what I have had to go through). It is a shame really as the premise of the product is good, just very bad build quality. Customer service is also disappointing, as it has been said they only seem to reply early morning (if you are lucky). My advice look for something else 😩😡

The shaver itself is 'ok' but the blades that they recommend (with 4 heads) are rarely in stock. They also recommend changing the blades every 3 months but how do you do that if they don't keep any stock? Emailing their customer service, you will only get a response early in the morning and only once so when you then reply, you have to wait an entire day to get the next one.

They promise on their web site free 2 day shipping. However, that is a lie. You are not given the shipper's name ( UPS,Fed Ex etc..) and not given a tracking number so you may follow it. I placed my order 6 days ago and as today is a Saturday it will be over a week if it does in fact arrive. After emailing customer service, I was provided a screen shot of a "tracking" from some unknown generic shipper. After some internet searching I did find out that the incompetent shipper they use transported the item past my home from Illinois to New York instead of delivering it to me in Ohio. 100% poor customer service and delivery failure. I have requested a full refund and cancellation of my order but have not heard back from their "Customer Service" which obviously is not customer orientated. Buyer Beware.

IT’S A SCAM They charge you for dhl delivery but they send you their product by regular post Customer Support never answer to emails. So: when you promise something and you charge that something and you did not deliver - it’s a scam

So far so good. Using every second day. For smooth finish I used only in shower and give a bit time and move slowly.

Bought the 5 blade head shaver and its totally disappointing. The bits that comes with it for different shaves do NOT fit at all. Only used it once and its in the bin where it belongs. £90 gone to waste after one shave absolutely shocking piece of equipment will never recommend it to anyone so dont waste your time or money people. This company should be ashamed of this product and ripping people off !!!!!!!

I bought the gold skull shaver after much consideration and I'm extremely happy about the shipment, purchase and product. Every three days or so I use it with much joy, only using about 6% battery per shave so only need to charge it every 2 months. Dry shave, wet shave, foam, gel, all giving an excellent shave without cuts or problems.
