I bought the the gold pro version and it's excellent. It was well worth the money. Incredibly close shave.

I bought the Pitbull Silver Pro shaver for my husband and he’s delighted with it. He just uses it in the shower every day. No more faffing about with a corded shaver. Customer service is great too - I’d accidentally signed up for replacement blades so they cancelled it for me without question. Would highly recommend them.

After using twice I noticed a crack in the blade. Couple of emails with Peter in customer services and a new one was sent out without question. Brilliant customer service and the shaver is incredible. Glad I chose skull shaver rather than one of the cheap versions. Highly recommend.

Doet wat het beloofd. Ziet er luxe uit en makkelijk te gebruiken. Scheren is verdomd makkelijk zo.

Hi, habe im April 2025 den Pitbull Shaver Gold bestellt. Da mir das Ergebnis nicht glatt genug war (lag vermutlich an daran dass ich bisher immer nass rasiere), habe ich Gebrauch von den 30 Tage Zufriedenheitsgarantie gemacht. Anfangs war es schwer eine Antwort zu erhalten und es kam öfters eine automatische Antwort mit Trackingnummern auf meine Fragen. Nachdem ich dieses Adresse verwendet hatte ging alles ganz schnell: cs(at)skullshaver.de. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter names Peter kümmert sich um mein Anliegen, schickte einen GLS Link für den kostenlosen Rückversand und half auch den Betrag zügig gutgeschrieben zu bekommen. Meine Erfahrung mit dem Kundensupport von Skull Shaver war nach dem anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten wirklich erstklassig.

Ich weiß nicht mit welcher Kundendienst die vorherigen Rezensionen zu tun hatten. Aber meine Erfahrung, nachdem mein Kater meinen pitbull Gold runter geschmissen und kaputt gemacht hat, war super! Sie antworteten super schnell auf meine Email, halfen mir das Teil zu zerlegen und zu richten/das kaputte Teil zu identifizieren, und waren super freundlich. Ich wünschte alle Firmen hätten so einen Service! Nebenbei bin ich mit dem skullshaver auch sehr zufrieden :-)
