The shaver itself cuts well and is easy to use. However, I still have massive regrets about buying it as I didn't do my research first. Basically its a consumable product so you're forced into buying replacement blades every 3-6 months. This thing is a glorified disposable razor and an expensive one at that. Adding insult to injury, when you do finally need to replace your blades they never ever have any stock on the Uk site, rendering the razor useless. Add to this that their eco credentials are dubious as the razor heads appear to be non-recyclable and arrive in lots of excess plastic packaging. Don't be like me...do your homework and buy a better brand with better aftercare.

Alles super gelaufen. Ware heute bekommen. Es ist einfach ein mega Shaver. Gleich ausprobiert und einfach geil das Teil. Everything perfect. Quick delivery and the shaver is wow. Absolutly recommended.

They didn’t delivered.

Like most reviews says here, the replacement heads are not in stock for months upon months, making it a one use item. Slow reply from costumer support and no contact when they can not fullfill the order, I had to reach out myself after more than a month to find out what happened with my order. No, buy from a big brand instead. This is just a scam.

I bought 2, first the Cheaper one. After less than a year the little nubs that holds the replaceable blade broke. Meh it was the Cheaper version and the shave was good so I bought the high end one. Exact same thing happened. I contacted customer service and they wanted to sell me an additional warranty. Nah. I'll find a company who will make it right. I shouldn't have to pay more for their poor design. I use the freebird shaver now. So far so good.

Produkt eigentlich ganz gut nur die Ersatzklingenversorgung ist unter aller Kanone. Wenn überhaupt alle halbes Jahr welche zu bekommen sind dann sond die so schnell vergriffen das man auch wieder doof aus der Wäsche schaut. Auf mails wird nicht geantwortet und man steht doof mit seinen Fragen da. Ich werde dort nie wieder was bestellen und wechsele lieber zur Konkurrenz wo Kundenservice groß geschrieben wird und Ersatzklingen verfügbar sind.

This company is an absolute joke. I should've trusted my better judgement but went against it to get a shaver that would give me a good shave so I didn't have to keep using razors and have trouble with bumps. Ordered a replacement because the forte blade was kinda meh, read online that the carver version was better for coarser hair, which mine happens to be, so i ordered the carver 4 pro. I placed my order on the 28th of Feb, I had to contact them on the 20th of March only to be informed a day later that they were out of stock and would be available in a month. I was given the choice of a refund or to choose another product so I chose the carver 5. I've just contacted them now only to be told that is also out of stock. Why is it that I as the customer have to contact them to find this out? if its out of stock it shouldn't even be on the website. If I had the misfortune of ordering when stocks were low then it's only fair that they contact me and inform me that the product is out of stock, or am I asking for too much?

To re-iterate previous comments, the replacement blades are permanently out of stock. I’m not sure if it’s a UK thing, however, I did get a reply back on the 29th January stating they cannot provide a precise date for restock. As of today, still no stock. This looks like one present with a short lifespan.
