The product works well, it has a long battery life. The cons are that the blades need to be replaced frequently. The biggest flop though is non-existing customer support and unclear warranty/return policy. I exchanged about 7 emails already, trying to claim the warranty and I always receive an answer from AI bot, replying to different questions that I asked.

I got a Pitbull shaver as my first head shaving product since shaving my head in 2023. The unit works well enough, but doesn't seem to last very long on a charge and can cut out with not much warning mid-shave. Blade replacements cost almost the price of an entire headshaver from other brands, and the last blade I got from them became jammed and defunct within two weeks of use. I have now switched to another product.

I purchased my skullshaver pitbull from walmart for $80. It perfomed well but after 12 uses the small shaft on the razor head that holds the foil retainer in place stripped out and would no longer lock down. When I contacted them they told me the shaver head which has the shaft on it is only covered for 45 days and I was beyond that so I could purchase a replacement for $40 and they would give me a whole $4 off. If that part is going to fail after 12 shaves I most certainally will not buy a replacement and will never buy this product again.

I've tried a few different bald head shavers and there's nothing better than using conditioner and a good quality multi-blade.

I know from previous experience that there is a bedding in period to go from razor to shaver but after nearly 4 months of using the Pitbull you could strike a match on my head it is that rough. I've reverted back to razoring my head once a week to get the smoothness that Pitbull say I should get with every shave, tried wet shave, dry shave and shaving with oils and cream but all still the same. Disappointed

Although the shaver and trimmer are very good after Sales is abysmal ordered on the 15th arrived on the 24th I nearly had a full head of hair by then and that’s for 48 hour Postal Service trying to contact them is a nightmare you have to go through the auto bot first of all via email then type in human get a response. and to be honest, they’re not much help.

I purchased a skull shaver silver the end of June, 2024. I previously shaved with a razor but decided to go with something easier after I retired and did not need to super clean look everyday. I loved shaving with skull shaver it as it was easy and comfortable to use and provided a nice clean shave, just shy of what I got from a razor. Unfortunately, after 3 1/2 months of use everything came apart when I removed the foil guards to clean the inside. I typically clean the inside after every other shave. On the last occasion, all the blades came apart and went spilling everywhere. I attempted many times to put back together but the white plastic brace would not lock in place no matter. I reached out to customer service. The positive was that I received a quick response. The negative is that after sending them pictures of the product and video of me trying to put the shaver back together, as they requested, they determined that the blades needed to be replaced. Really? After approximately 25-30 shaves over 3 1/2 months the blades were already shot and the should be replaced. Pretty sad when I know people with much more affordable shavers that have had no issues after 2 years and only replaced blades a couple of times. Further, customer services proposal was to either give me 10% off a new set of blades ( one can find a 10% discount about any time so this was not much of an offer) or, for $5 shipping they would send a new white plastic retainer piece. If the blades are the problem then the replacement plastic retainer will not last long and skull shaver is not willing to cover the $5 considering the product is still virtually new? Time to try another product. If it wasn't for the fact the shave was really good while it worked I would leave a 1 star review.
