Blades permanently nil stock. Customer service non existent. When they do bother to reply to emails, it is always the same bog standard reply that they are expecting a scheduled delivery to Uk. Of course, the scheduled delivery has been supposedly being happening for months now, and is still being used as an excuse to fob off their disgruntled customers. My advice is avoid at all costs and buy from a reputable company who values their customers.

The original shaver is very good but I bought a replacement shaver head for it. This is useless after only one use. I cleaned it fully but no joy. Customer service didn’t bother even getting back to me. So in summary good one off but don’t expect support

You will buy item and when will be faulty on the next one year they will ignore you, warranty not exist. Be aware people! Don't buy this rubbish!

Fast delivery, best price. It is my first Skull Shaver, and it is excellent. Let's see how durable it is.

I have sent back my defective handle and initially i thought the response was ok. I have heard nothing after repeatedly emailing them. For £199 twice, i lost my first one you would like to think they would value you as a customer. I am getting really angry at the total lack of communication, i feel like i have been scammed. Really poor show guys.

Replacement shaver heads are out of stock on the company website. Customer support estimated they will be out of stock for 3 months. Touts are selling them on eBay/Amazon etc for £50 each, which is ridiculous. Rendering the expensive shaver useless without blades!

Wish I had read the reviews about them! I watched YouTube video about the products all banging on how good they are. So I went ahead and ordered with subscription blades. Then I found out you had to pay for delivery on subscription blades. New to me as normally you don't on subscription, so I email them, nothing back after 7 emails, I try Live chat and again no response! So I found a number to ring, I then explain to the man who by the way very uninterested about everything, he said no you don't pay for delivery on subscription. I thought fine after all that I know now. Guess what £4.99 came out for delivery and I emailed again over and over and no response,I rang that number I had found and a lady said yes you do..so basically customer service is the worse! I've sent my pitbull back (that was another challenge)and will have nothing to do with again..I've got a remington rx5 now and that is even better.
