This product is good when it works, but an absolute nightmare when it invariably goes wrong. They won't let you ship the shaver and the blades together despite both being broken. A warranty replacement battery lasted less then 4 weeks. The battery won't charge, the battery won't switch off, the battery won't switch back on. The digital numbers disappear on the charge indicator. The blade broke and was dangerous. It is a complete nightmare dealing with these people and they have the customer service empathy of tortoise crossed with a snail. They don't realise that if your product breaks and is not of merchantable quality their customer service has an opportunity to show you that you made the right decision buying their product. NOT A CHANCE!!! it is a nightmare dealing with them and the product I image is a cheap purchase from a far eastern factory which simply will not last a year and in my experience lasted 6 months and then the replacements have lasted four weeks. Good when it works, but the key word is WHEN!!!!!

I went directly to Skull Shaver's website to purchase a Pitbull Silver Plus directly, after months of research. 7 days after making my purchase, they sent me a marketing email with 15% off the same product I had bought... So naturally I emailed their customer service team, hopeful for some discretion in this matter but, sadly, their customer service representative (Edita in my case) was horribly passive aggressive and utterly useless. I haven't had long enough to form an opinion of the product (average so far, certainly overpriced), but I cannot stand bad service. What a waste of my life buying from a company that doesn't understand the basics of communication, let alone customer service. I'm getting a refund.

Called customer service and they presented me with exceptional customer service. I spoke with Jason who told me all about their products and his personal recommendation for my hair type. You can't call and order, their team is only meant to assist with your questions which may seem like an inconvenience, but there is something genuine about an expert on a product who isn't trying to shove their most expensive unit down your throat. Got the Pitbull Gold which is what Jason recommended. I'm now telling everyone I know about this product. It's the closest electric shaver I've ever used. This is what shaving should be, a complete joy and with no nicks or cuts I'm a Skull Shaver fan for life.
