The shavers don’t last more than a year
I have given Skull Shaver a try for three years now. I use it to shave my head three times a week and while the shaving results are good, the product itself is utterly unreliable. None of the shavers lasted more than a year and randomly broke down or malfunctioned and had to be replaced. Will never buy here again.

Honestly if I could leave a zero I…
Honestly if I could leave a zero I would. Bought the platinum pro. Used it once then broke. Went through loads of messing around sending parts back then waiting for new parts which when they turned up I still couldn’t use. Cost £170 and honestly it felt cheap it sounded cheap. Just save yourself money and buy a cheaper one.

CHEAP PRODUCT & RIDICULOUS “WARRANTY”
Bought the basic Palm Shaver for $19 during a sale. During use it felt terribly underpowered and I never got the close shave they promised. If I wanted the promised results, I had to finish the job with a standard hand razor. The shaver died about 70 days later. Can’t get a refund, but they expect me to pay to send it in for a replacement. When I balked at this, I was offered the “Express Warranty” which entails them billing me full price for a replacement, and with the new shaver they’d include a postage-paid return label. Once they received my defective item, they’d reimburse me the cost of the replacement. Needlessly complicated process. Just stand behind your product and send me a prepaid label! Who knows how long it would take to get my refund? I decided this was a lesson learned and I’d just have to eat that $19. I took the shaver and all the accessories and dumped them in the trash. I then cancelled my blade subscription. I’m done. Never again.

Scam Warranty Lie
Quick recap: my Skull Shaver's outer casing cracked after 11 months of completely normal use. The blades are fine — this was never a wear-and-tear issue.
Skull Shaver's customer service has spent multiple emails trying to reclassify a structural plastic housing as a "consumable blade head part" so they can dodge their own 2-year warranty.
When I directly asked them to explain why this crack isn't a manufacturing defect, their actual written answer was: "we cannot definitively classify the crack as a manufacturing defect... it suggests the crack may have developed over time."
That's not evidence. That's a guess, used to justify not honoring a warranty they advertise.
I've now formally requested they either replace the unit or provide an actual technical basis for the denial — not just a policy label. If this isn't resolved, I'll be filing with Trading Standards and pursuing a bank chargeback.
If you're shopping for a shaver, ask yourself whether a company that argues a cracked housing "might just be old" — on a product they sell with a 2-year warranty — is one you want to rely on if something goes wrong.

Honestly if I could leave zero stars I…
Honestly if I could leave zero stars I would. Have had 3 of their products and each one the head linkage to the razor blades breaks after a few months also discharges very fast. Also of note Skullshaver customer service is abysmal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY!!!
