The instructor was extremely patient and helpful. My blood was flowing way better and faster with the instruction she gave and because of that when the blood dropped onto the square, a tiny drop did splatter onto the rectangle. She was unsure if this would be adequate because there's supposed to be no blood in the rectangle as the plasma needed to be evaluated and she sought council from other assistants and/or company before moving on. She did not make me feel rushed as I was doing jumpy jacks in the background and a 3-minute warm pack hold before we started.

I've then the blood test twice now and it's gone well. The results are easy to understand and I think pretty accurate. Everything is packed very good and they think of everything.

Good prices and easy collection system. I like the selection of tests included and they were able to help me get a diagnosis for an underlying disease that had been missed simply by not having the bloodwork before.
